DealRadar is a private, invite-only property research tool for the Latvian market, operated from Rīga, Latvia. For any privacy question, email privacy@dealradar.lv.
Your account email address, an optional password (stored only as a secure hash), the saved searches and favourites you create, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser) needed to keep the service secure. If you request a valuation, we keep the details you submit for that report.
To sign you in, send the email alerts and reports you ask for, and operate and secure the service. Our legal basis is performing the service you signed up for, and our legitimate interest in keeping it running safely.
DealRadar aggregates publicly available property listings and official public sold-price records. This is information about properties, not about you.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run our email and hosting, and where the law requires. We keep account data while your account is active and delete it on request.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing, at any time — email us and we’ll action it. You may also complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
